Dave and Nicole had been thinking more and more about replacing their drafty windows although the house really was not too old. After the heating bills started to climb and climb it made them think a little more seriously about replacing his windows. After consulting with C. Michael Exteriors, they decided to go with our windows in a really nice beige color. About a week after the order they realized that we had all forgot about pricing the window in the garage so it would match! Abiding by our ethics of always suggesting what we feel is right for the customer, we suggested a slightly lower performance window since the garage was not heated like the house. This prevented Dave and Nicole from having to pay too much for something they didn't really need. I wonder who on Leafcrest Lane has the best looking and best performing windows, hmmmm????

Ron & Barb Richards Installed! Model Home in BLOSSVALE.

Ron and Barb Richards have a beautiful large house in Blossvale NY. They had been thinking about doing siding for years because the paint kept peeling. They had sears come out to quote them but they decided they were more comfortable trusting C. Michael Exteriors to do the work instead after consulting with us. The house is now looking gorgeous and is the first house on the right of fishcreek landing rd off of rt 49 in blossvale. We sided their whole house, installed a new entry and storm door, and also replaced three drafty windows upstairs. Actually we shortened the height of the windows so that the water damage they were experiencing would be eliminated. This actually turned out to be a very complicated situation and was alot worse than we originally thought but we spent hours fixing it right and abiding to our promise that the price would not increase once we started the job. Many companies and subcontractors would end up not showing the customer the damage that was done in the depth of the frame but we felt it better to have everyone involved and do it right so that we will never have to worry about bad word of mouth. Stephen & Amy Ganetas Installed! Model home in NORTH SYRACUSE

Mr Ganetas was in need of a large amount of exterior and interior improvements to his large house on 7th North st on the corner of Court St in North Syracuse. A lot of people do not realize that we also will provide other services when grouped together with a siding or window job. C. Michael Exteriors is a full service company specializing in window and siding replacement but we are not limited to just that. For Mr. Ganetas we installed all new siding, 42 new windows, interior drywall, numerous outlets, a complete roof, and repaired his chimney!! The color that he chose to use on his house was our beautiful portsmouth blue. Don and Peg Buckley Installed!! Model home in LIVERPOOL

Don and Peg Buckley needed to update their old shingle siding. They were tired of the way it looked and tired of maintaining it. Who do you think got the job done for them? Alan Bradley Installed! Model home in KING FERRY

Well we first contacted Mr. Bradley asking him if he would be willing to allow us to possibly use his home as a model home in the cayuga county area. Mr. Bradley has lived in king ferry his entire life and owned a very well known auto repair shop for decades. Mr. Bradley was willing to let us talk with his daughters and himself one really snowy day and we thought about canceling the appointment due to weather but know how hard sometimes it is to get family members together. We ended up showing them our lines of windows and we decided to go with a mid grade window. We actually are replacing 22 of his pella windows! We suggested they go with a mid grade window to keep the costs down without sacrificing quality. Sometimes when there is unsurity about how long the house will be lived in it makes sense to not go with a super high grade window. When you consult with C. Pat & Jerry Merante Installed! Model home in SYRACUSE

We just wrapped up an installation for Mr. and Mrs. Merante, who were very satisfied to have Seven windows replaced by C. Michael Exteriors!! Jerry and Pat live in the eastwood section of Syracuse. Jerry told our carpenter that he was really surprised at how good our sales consultant was! Now Jerry has been in sales for over 30 years keep in mind!! Jerry and Pat Merante said that the installation went great and that our crew was a great group of guys! Some of their windows were replaced a few years ago by another vinyl window company in Syracuse but they still decided to go ahead with us after seeing what we had to offer. Now they are looking at a bay or bow window to replace the three old drafty replacements done years ago.

Model Home Program

We are excited to again begin offering our model home program in preparation for our super busy spring season! We are going to be looking specifically for homeowners who wish to be in our catalog destined for summer 2009. We will be looking for homes that will provide amazing before and after potential, homes with good traffic flow, and homeowners that are ready to move ahead and take advantage of the deep discounts we have for homes that will meet our advertising requirements.
